My name is Stephanie, and my calling is to educate, inspire, and empower women to recognize their potential and become their best selves. You may wonder what that has to do with aesthetic medicine. My answer is simply, everything.

My goal as a restorative aesthetics and longevity specialist is to keep your quality of life as great as possible, for as long as you live. As we begin to show signs of external aging it is easy to feel less and less like ourselves. However, appearance is only one piece of the puzzle to feeling great and harnessing our power. Looking good on the outside must start on the inside. It comes down to addressing the health of our bodies and minds at the cellular level.

In our initial meeting, you can expect to be asked about your sleep, hormones, sex life, gut health, happiness, sorrow, and finally, your goals and aspirations. None of these subjects are off limits or taboo. At Sundara, you will find a judgement free zone, full of laughter, and equally necessary at times, tears.

We live in an era where the men on the floor of the senate continue to see our bodies as their own to control. We need each other. We need to advocate for our health. As a nurse and a woman, my mission is to be your advocate. This means staying current in my skill set, and always staying curious as your provider and friend.

I value the trust of my patients above all. Because of this, I am not the provider for everyone. At your initial consultation, we will discuss your goals and decide if our dynamic is a good fit. My focus in aesthetics is to provide consistent, natural results. If you want something that is recognizable as an obvious enhancement there are many injectors in this field who will gladly do so.

The exception to this is gender enhancement. I love the process of helping patients reach their goals of enhancing masculine or feminine features and see this work as incredibly important.

So much of what we do at Sundara can be seen as appearance based. But truly, your skin is your largest organ. Its health is dependent on you as a whole, not simply the surface level.

My goal is to give you the best outcomes from your treatments. Due to social conditioning, investing in ourselves as women is often a hard thing to justify. You deserve to feel great and should not have to justify that need to anyone. Period. I will guide and support you in this process.


Using evidence-based, holistic principles, I help my patients feel like themselves again. I will always turn to your body’s healing properties prior to moving toward a less holistic approach. It is incredible what our bodies are capable of!

Did you know that your own blood can be used to heal your skin? Did you know that it is not necessary to spend a ton of money on topical skincare? So many expensive serums are unable to penetrate into the skin to do the work that they claim to. I challenge you to stop wasting your money on products that are often full of endocrine disruptors (doing damage at the hormonal level) and start investing in your skin at the cellular level.
